We offer two shipping rates:
Royal Mail delivery within the UK (delivery estimate: 2-3 business days) - £10
UPS Express Delivery Worldwide (delivery estimate: 3-4 business days) - £15-£30 (dependent on location)

We ship from the United Kingdom. We ship worldwide.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Orders placed within the UK will be delivered within 2-3 business
days. Orders placed outside the UK will be delivered within 3-4 business
days. Please inquire for faster shipping rates.
There can be the occasional customs or courier delay which
may affect your delivery timeframe.
Please allow for 1 working days to pick and pack your order.

WHICH COURIER DO YOU USE AND IS IT INSURED?
All orders are shipped using UPS express. The merchandise is insured
with UPS during the transit time until the goods are delivered to the specific
address of the customer, at which point responsibility of the purchased
goods passes to you.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES & TAXES?
There may be duties and/or foreign taxes applied by customs
towards your order when delivery is made. We are unable to be held
responsible for these charges, and they will not be reimbursed or refunded
by Yosuzi. If you are unsure of the charges and whether you will be affected,
please contact your local customs office to find out more information.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
We can accept a return for an exchange or a full refund (excluding
the cost of original shipping), if the item/s are returned within 10 days
of you receiving them and in original condition—with all tags remaining in place.
We can not accept any returns that do not
meet these requirements.
We do not accept any sale items for return, we only accept an exchange or a credit note.
ARE RETURNS FREE?
The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to Yosuzi for
an exchange or refund are NOT covered or reimbursed by us.
HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?
You just email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will give you all the details you need!
We can not be held liable for the loss of your product being returned.
We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods,
and keeping a record of the tracking details.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY EXCHANGE / REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?
We try and process returns as quickly as possible, but we do ask
for 24-48 hours to be able to process your return.
If you're exchanging, we will send your new product out,
and email you a new tracking number.
If you're refunding, we will refund you through the
same method you used to pay, and email you once complete.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?
Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged
goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact
us immediately at email@example.com so we can personally
assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.
