WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing/packing.
All orders will be delivered within 3-4 business
days. If you ordered a hat please confirm your head-size.
Please inquire for faster shipping rates.
There can be occasional customs or courier delay which
may affect your delivery timeframe.
An email will be sent to confirm your head-size (if a hat was ordered)
and once your order has been dispatched.

WHICH COURIER DO YOU USE AND IS IT INSURED?
All orders are shipped using DHL. The merchandise is insured
during the transit time until the goods are delivered to the specific
address of the customer, at which point responsibility for the purchased
goods passes to you.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES & TAXES?
You are responsible to pay for the calculated duties and/or taxes as determined by the country of destination.
We are unable to be held responsible for these charges, and they will not be reimbursed or refunded
by Yosuzi. If you are unsure of the charges and whether you will be affected,
please contact your local customs office to find out more information.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
Full price items may be exchanged/retuned for a refund (excluding
the cost of original shipping), within 10 days of receiving the item.
Items must be unworn, in original condition—with all tags remaining in place.
All items that were purchased with a discount code are not
eligible for a refund and can only be exchanged on a case by case basis.
We do not accept any sale items for return, we only accept an exchange or a credit note.
Please note returns that are unauthorised, received past our shipping window, damaged, worn or missing the original hang tag and
shipping box it came in will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.

ARE RETURNS FREE?
The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to Yosuzi for
an exchange or refund are NOT covered or reimbursed by us.
HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?
Email email@example.com and we will give you all the details you need.
We can not be held liable for the loss of your product being returned.
We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods, alternatively,
we are able to provide a shipping label with a tracking number you can use to for collection at an additional charge.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY EXCHANGE / REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?
We try and process returns as quickly as possible, but we do ask
for 24-48 hours to be able to process your return.
If you're exchanging, we will send your new product,
and email you a new tracking number.
If you're refunding, we will refund you through the
same method you used to pay, and email you once complete.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?
Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged
goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact
us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can personally
assist you and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
